Jaundré van Breda 

About the Artist:

A creative writer, graphic designer, and visual artist, Jaundré van Breda lives in South Africa. One of his drawings, Blueprint of a Dream Factory (2019), was selected as the July 2022 Rattle Magazine Ekphrastic Challenge artwork. Jaundré joined as a member of the Centurion Art Association in early 2023. In 2023, he received a merit award for his drawing, The Ocean, Drowning (2023) in the Artist of the Year Exhibition hosted by the association. In Jaundré’s own words, he believes the purpose of art is to breathe and to make the world hold its breath. Even if just for a moment.
